Grab your fishing poles and get ready for a reel good time at the 31st Annual Kids Fishing Derby, happening Saturday, June 7th from 8 to 11 a.m. at the SR-110 Landfill in Camden County! This free event is open to all kids 16 and under and promises family-friendly fun, fishing, and prizes! Bring your own pole and a chair—then cast your line for a chance to win awards for the longest fish, heaviest fish, most fish caught, and youngest angler. Hot dogs, drinks, and bait will be provided thanks to the Camden County Solid Waste Authority, Georgia DNR, Folkston Auto Supply, and Yancey Brothers.
