Paul and Vickie have been "Shining His Light" since 1985! With hearts full of faith and a deep love for the Lord, they’ve been a source of inspiration and encouragement to listeners for decades. They are proud parents to their daughter Deanna and son-in-law Jon, and joyful grandparents to three amazing grandchildren—Kate, Gabe, and Grant.

You can catch Paul and Vickie on the air every Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 9 AM, sharing hope, joy, and the love of Christ to start your day right.

Dayler serves in multiple roles at the station, including overseeing station operations, handling digital audio editing, and hosting on-air ministry each weekday evening from 8 to 10 p.m. His work blends technical excellence with a heart for ministry, helping to ensure a smooth broadcast while encouraging listeners through uplifting content.

Jeanine has spent most of her life in Southeast Georgia and has been Shining His Light on WECC for over 20 years. She is a wife, a mom of four, a pastor, and, most of all, a follower of Christ. Her daily goal is to love God, love people, and change the world. Join her Monday from 10 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM, as well as Tuesday-Thursday from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Kari has spent most of her life in Southeast Georgia. She calls it paradise! She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. But her greatest love is the Lord Jesus Christ, who made her His own over 50 years ago. She is passionate about learning all that she can about the Word of God and teaching others to do the same. Catch her live Tuesday through Friday from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Jimmy brings joy and encouragement to your afternoon drive every Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. With uplifting music, timely words of inspiration, and reminders of God’s unchanging love, he shines His Light across the airwaves to help you leave the day’s stress behind. Whether you’re heading home from work, running errands, or simply winding down, Jimmy’s program is designed to refresh your spirit and encourage your heart.

Martin is on the air every Friday for Flashback Friday, music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s along with new music, from 1 PM to 3 PM. Martin also serves as The Lighthouse Community Relations and Broadcast Underwriter Representative.

Maria brings the Word and the joy of Jesus to The Lighthouse every Tuesday through Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM. With heartfelt messages of hope, encouraging Scripture, and uplifting music, she helps you slow down from the busyness of the day and refocus your heart on the Lord. Maria’s program is designed to fill your evening with peace, joy, and the presence of God—so you can not only have a good night, but truly a God night!

Tiffany Wasson is married to Jeremy and is a homeschooling mom of two high-energy teenage boys. She enjoys writing, photography, exercising, spending time with her family, and her love for Jesus is BIG. She is on the air helping to Shine His Light every Friday from 10am-12pm. Her upbeat personality and encouraging words are guaranteed to lift you up week by week!

Bryonna Stephens is a college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Music with a minor in Education. She loves Jesus, crocheting, playing video games, teaching others, and singing. She is behind-the-scenes at The Lighthouse working as a Production Assistant remotely and in the office. Also, she works as a writing tutor on her college campus. Her love for Jesus grows every day even in the midst of the college life!

Christy plays a vital role in keeping our broadcasts running smoothly. She carefully manages the scheduling of underwriter announcements and ministry spots, ensuring that every hour of every day on the radio station program log is thoughtfully planned and executed. Her attention to detail helps us maintain a seamless flow of programming while highlighting the ministries and supporters who make this work possible.

Debbie Cochran manages the finances at The Lighthouse WECC, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and stewardship of the organization’s resources. With a strong background in financial operations, she supports the mission by helping sustain programs that serve the community with excellence and care.

Mark has faithfully served The Lighthouse WECC for many years, bringing leadership, care, and a deep understanding of how everything behind the scenes works together to keep the station "Shining HIS Light." In his current role as Director of Strategic Operations, Mark focuses on administrative support, long-term planning, and special projects that help the ministry stay strong and steady.

While he's no longer handling the day-to-day operations, Mark remains a trusted advisor and team member—offering guidance, encouragement, and wisdom whenever it’s needed. His heart for ministry and dedication to the mission of The Lighthouse continue to bless the station and its listeners.
